Who is to blame when kids drown?

May 17, 2022 by e.vnexpress.net

My father taught me how to swim when I was five. He took two coconuts and secured them together with a cloth to make a makeshift buoy. I used it to keep afloat as I flailed at the water in the middle of a flooded field. When I figured out how to stay afloat, my father took away the coconuts and planted two poles, two meters apart, in the water. I had to swim from one to the other. The report said if higher inflation persists in the medium term, the economy should be allowed to adjust to higher prices with the authorities incentivising investments to increase productivity and aggregate supply. To mitigate risks to export performance, diversifying trade partners would be a prudent strategic consideration. During the month of April, the country's industrial production index grew by 9.4 per cent, comparable to the pre-pandemic … [Read more...] about WB warns of heightened risks looming
