Prague (VNA) - Media reports in the Czech Republic have highlighted Vietnam’s rising position and recent development achievements, as well as the flourishing development of the traditional friendship between the two countries, on the occasion of the ongoing 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). The online newspaper halonoviny.cz ran an article on January 25 emphasising that the Congress is one of the most important political events in 2021 for Vietnam, attracting interest internationally. Under the leadership of the CPV, in recent years Vietnam, as a member of ASEAN, has had an rising role and position in the region as well as in the world, the article said.
