Denmark extends agri-food expertise to Vietnam

Vietnam, Laos enhance cooperation in economic diplomacy

Speaking at the event, Nguyen Minh Hang, Assistant to the Minister, Director of the economic affairs department, said that the Vietnam ese Foreign Ministry identifies economic diplomacy as one of the basic and central tasks of a comprehensive and modern diplomacy, and a driving force for the development of the country. The ministry is willing to share assessments and opinions on the world economic situation and emerging issues, as well as experience in developing economic diplomacy with Laos. Vietnam’s economy recovers strongly amid global instability: ADB

ADB experts at the press conference (Photo: Vietnam+) Hanoi (VNA) - ADB experts forecast that Vietnam's economy could recover at 6.5 percent this year and grow stronger at 6.7 percent in 2023, due to high vaccination rates and the implementation of expansionary fiscal policies. On April 6, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) released the Asian Development Outlook Report (ADO 2022), which stated that the Vietnamese economy is ready for a strong recovery in the context of global economy instability. GDP reaches a high level ADB experts forecast that Vietnam's economy could recover at a rate of 6.5 percent this year and grow stronger at 6.7 percent in 2023 due to high vaccination rates, trade promotion and continued implementation of expansionary fiscal and monetary policies. Vietnam keen on Israel’s experience in fields of strength

Vietnam wishes to learn from Israel’s experience in choosing and training talents to build a strong country, he said. He suggested the two countries regularly maintain high-level visits and offer mutual support at international forums and organisations. With two-way trade of US$1.14 billion in the first half of this year, up 55 percent, the two countries need to further work on this field, he said. As Vietnam is performing the policy of building a sustainable digital society by 2025, with a vision to 2030, the country wants to learn from Israel’s experience in ensuring security and national sovereignty over cyberspace, he said.
