The National OCOP program for 2021-2025 has been approved by the Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh. The program aims to bolster rural economic development towards sustainability. Among the ranked products, there are about 400-500  rated as five stars during the period. The country will prioritize upgrading at least 50% of OCOP products as well as promoting others in association with building brands and developing rural tourism services. To achieve the goal of welcoming 5 million foreign tourists this year as set out earlier, Vietnam's tourism industry needs to make greater efforts in promoting its image and building more tourism products, according to insiders. In July alone, the nation welcomed 352,600 foreign visitors, up 49% month-on-month. Foreign tourists to Vietnam over the recent past mainly came from the Asia-Pacific region, prominently in the top 10 markets being the Republic of Korea with 196,200 arrivals, up 903.7% year-on-year; the US 102,900, up 5,382%; and Japan 46,000, up 794.6%. The house was built with a total cost of 80 million VND (3,420 USD), of which 50 million VND was contributed by Soc Trang Lottery One Member Limited Company thanks to the mobilisation of the Vietnam News Agency's Bureau in the province. The number of automobiles tagging ETC cards reached 99.24 percent at the Long Thanh toll collection station in Dong Nai Province. However, the congestion also happened when hundreds of trucks and automobiles got in line to pass through toll collection at National Highway No.51. At the toll collection stations on Hanoi Highway and Phu My Bridge in Thu Duc City, the traffic situation are also stable without acute congestion; however, some vehicles were recharged fee even though they did not travel through the stations.
