Facebook Inc and Twitter Inc released a barrage of data, special "heat" maps and slick animations on Monday to claim the title of most-popular social network for spectators watching the Super Bowl, but a winner was difficult to pick. Facebook, the world's largest social network, boasted that 65 million people chimed in on its service about the match that saw the New England Patriots edge the Seattle Seahawks28-24, up 30 percent from the year earlier. Facebook even rolled out a new metric: The "people per minute" who joined in during the game's most intense moments. Twitter declined to provide the number of users on its service during the game, but reported that they tapped out 28.4 million game-related tweets, compared with 24.9 million during last year's matchup between the Seahawks and the Denver Broncos. Performing the task of international cooperation in scientific research within the research topic at ministerial level-" Research methods in mapping Land Value Zonesin non- agricultural land in urban areas with Statistics model and GIS technology " , recently a task force VIGAC has paid a business trip to Japan. The task force has worked with three Japanese agencies in the field of real estate valuation and had working sessions Japan Real Estate Valuation Association - JAREA , Japan Real Estate Institute A - JREI and Kokusai KOGYO Co. During the business trip, the delegation has exchanged and learnt about approaches to land valuation through a series of Land Value Zones and collected documents of JAREA and JREI on the construction of land value zones using GIS technology. Le Vo Phuong Mai, a Vietnamese who studied in Cardiff University, has successfully defended her Doctoral dissertation which opposes the European and American economic model and shows a more perfect one. Born in Hanoi, Mai went to live with her parents in Saint Petersburg when she was 12. She was always at the top of her class in all grades when she studied in this city. After finishing secondary school, Mai moved to the UK to join a preparation programme for university. Mai was qualified to study at famous universities like Cambridge and Oxford after this programme. However, she chose to study Economics at Cardiff University because the programme in this university is shorter. For four years at Cardiff University, Le Vo Phuong Mai was the only Vietnamese student who ranked the highest at the course. Russia affirms its nuclear status in Vietnam President Vladimir Putin's forthcoming visit to Vietnam shows Russia's willingness to affirm its status as a reliable and proper partner in providing nuclear technology for Vietnam in the time ahead. The assessment was made by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) of the UK's Economist magazine on November 10 following the signing of a nuclear cooperation agreement between Vietnam and the US. During the trip, Putin is expected to sign a number of nuclear cooperation agreements with Vietnam.
