Hanoi’s air quality continues worsening
The department’s Environmental Protection Board said that the content of high fine particulate matters of PM 2.5 and PM 10 increased by 1.3-2 times against the day before. Weather conditions with the thick dense smog and high moisture is among the major causes of the serious pollution in the city, the board added. In addition, exhaust fumes from vehicles, industrial production activities and dust from on-going construction sites also contribute to the problem.
