The Vietnamese and Cambodian people have shared ups and downs in history. They have given impartial support to each other’s national salvation cause for freedom and happiness of the two peoples and prosperity of the two countries. One the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the Vietnam-Cambodia diplomatic relations (June 24, 1967 – 2022), the People’s Army Newspaper introduces articles looking back upon the special historical period of the relationship of the two countries. During this month, payment systems were the most common phishing cases detected by Kaspersky, representing 11.77 percent of all phishing and over 44 percent of financial phishing. The increase in online transactions in Vietnam during the pandemic has facilitated the proliferation of phishing with pages impersonating popular payment systems such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and more. The percentages are from anonymised data based on the triggering of the deterministic component in the Kaspersky’s Anti-Phishing system on user computers. The component detects all pages with phishing content that the user has tried to open by following a link in an e-mail message or on the web, as long as links to these pages are present in the Kaspersky database. The Japanese Embassy in Vietnam has launched a logo design contest to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic relations in 2023. The contest is open to all people, regardless of their nationality, age, or profession. Each applicant must only submit one entry which should be unpublished. Entries should be submitted via email to [email protected] by July 7 at the latest. All submitted works must help viewers to visualise the Vietnam – Japan special bond, the similarity and closeness between the peoples of both countries. The logo must also reflect the vigorous development of the relationship between the two countries, and the future of the ties over the next 50 years. In September the organisers will announce winners of the logo design contest on the website and Facebook page of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam, as well as other media channels. Eight people who took care of soccer legend Diego Maradona will be tried in Argentina courts for homicide, according to a ruling released on Wednesday following an investigation into his November 2020 death due to cardiac arrest. In the 236-page document seen by Reuters , the judge in charge of the case questioned "the behaviors - active or by omission - of each of the accused which led to and contributed to the realization of the harmful result." The ruling said that eight people including doctors, nurses and a psychologist who cared for Maradona at the time of his death are accused of "simple homicide," a serious charge that means taking a life with intent. A medical board appointed to investigate Maradona's death concluded in 2021 that the soccer star's medical team acted in an "inappropriate, deficient and reckless manner." He immediately got dressed and 10 minutes later was on the scene to give first aid to a victim. Every day in Hà Nội there are fatal traffic accidents, in part because the victims do not receive first aid or are hospitalised in time. Luân, 23, is a member of the Free Aid Support team "FAS Angel", established three years ago, which provides first aid to traffic victims, day or night. Between 9pm to 2am every day, FAS Angel members were present at three strategic traffic points: Cầu Diễn, Ngã Tư Sở and Nguyễn Xiển.
