Ambassador Christensen has left an imprint in Vietnam by pushing for Denmark -based LEGO Group to invest in Binh Duong, Minh said, adding that what makes the LEGO project special is that it will use clean energy which is well aligned with Vietnam’s priorities. At the meeting, the two officials expressed their delight at the flourishing development of the Vietnam-Ireland relations in politics - diplomacy, trade - investment, education - training, and development cooperation. They highlighted the fact that despite the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the two-way trade turnover still keeps a high growth momentum, reaching USD 4.7 billion in 2021.
