A drawing contest titled Travel with Muong Thanh - Dream Vacation is the opening programme for a series of activities commemorating the 30th anniversary of the founding of Muong Thanh Group. The competition encouraged the youngsters to engage in additional activities with the goal of learning while playing. It helped them develop their creativity while forming personalities and developing sentiments for the wonders and beauties of their surroundings and encouraging them to appreciate Vietnam more via each location where a Muong Thanh hotel welcomes them. Hundreds of kids, aged 6 to 15 nationally, participated in the event, and the organisers received more than 1,000 submissions from around the nation. Singer Olivia Newton-John, who soared to the top of the world's pop music charts in the 1970s and 1980s with such tunes as "I Honestly Love You" and "Physical" and starred in the hit movie musical "Grease," died on Monday at age 73 at her home in Southern California. The death of the British-born, Australian-raised performer was announced on her Instagram account, saying she "passed away peacefully" at her ranch home "surrounded by family and friends." Photographer Lam Duc Hien of World Press Photo Contest fame sat down with Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper during his time at the 2022 Hue Festival to reflect on the portraits that made his name, the life-or-death experiences, and the state of modern photojournalism after spending three decades in the ever-changing industry. How did you get your start in photography? At the beginning, I did not even plan to do photography professionally. It started when I joined a non-governmental organization (NGO) because I want to help people. I went to Romania with them in 1990 and they asked me to take pictures.
