The ranking is based on D-index (Discipline H-index) which includes papers and citation values for an examined discipline in contrast to General H-index accounting for publications across all disciplines. Centralized bidding should be implemented to solve drugs and medical supplies shortage

Many businesses do not have drugs and medical supplies to participate in the bidding or witness poor revenue due to low prices, he reported to the Ministry of Health's inspection team on August 16. PVN plans to build US$19-billion oil refinery-storage complex
The move is aimed at ensuring the country's long-term self-sufficiency in oil and oil products. Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN) is planning to build an oil refinery complex worth up to US$19 billion in the southern province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau. In Vietnam, since the beginning of this year, natural disasters have been increasingly irregular, with unseasonal rains and flooding accompanied by thunder storms , strong winds and storms. From March 30 to April 2, heavy rain in the central region caused widespread damage, especially to agricultural production.
