Hanoi verifies promoting Covid-19 vaccination as key task
Hanoi will soon finish the administration of the third and fourth doses of the Covid-19 vaccines to adults and speed up the injection of the third dose among people aged 12 and over as soon as possible. Hanoi will intensify the Covid-19 pandemic combat with its highest sense of responsibility, Vice Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Chu Xuan Dung said at a meeting with relevant units this week. OVs in Russia present vehicles to Vietnam’s search and rescue force
The vehicles were handed over to the unit at a ceremony on August 11. Addressing the event, Senior Colonel Pham Hai Chau, Deputy Director of the Department of Search and Rescue, thanked the Vietnamese Association in Russia and the "Traditions and Friendship" Fund for the support to Vietnamese troops, who are majoring in search and rescue missions. 8 injured as car crashes into filling station in Hanoi
A car crashed into a petrol station in Dong Da District, Hanoi on Friday night, injuring at least eight people waiting to fill up their tanks. The incident happened at around 10:15 pm at the station on Lang Street. The car, numbered 30H-758XX, hit the pump hard enough to cause it to tilt, but thankfully no damage involving fuel was caused.
