HCM City to receive 56,555 tonnes of rice from national reserve The General Department of State Reserves under the Ministry of Finance has issued a document on the provision of over 56,555 tonnes of rice from national reserve to Ho Chi Minh City to support pandemic-hit residents. The department has signed contracts with the Phat Tai Company Limited in Dong Thap province, Thuan Minh Import-Export JSC in HCM City and Trung An High-Tech Agriculture JSC in Can Tho city to buy enough rice to supply to HCM City.
