The New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) on June 26 launched its retail campaign Made With Care at Lotte Mart in Vietnam to bring high-quality food and beverage (F&B) products to Vietnamese consumers. Lotte is one of the five supermarket chains in Vietnam that the NZTE is deploying its retail campaign until July 31 to introduce safe, tasty, premium quality, nutritious, and ethical products to local consumers. The United States, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and the United Kingdom launched an informal group aimed at boosting economic and diplomatic ties with Pacific island nations, the White House said on Friday. The Biden administration has vowed to commit more resources to the Indo-Pacific as China seeks to boost economic, military and police links with Pacific island nations hungry for foreign investment. Guinness World Records on Tuesday awarded certificates for his works, 'Phu Quy Man Duong' and 'Thiem Thu Thien Phong An.’ Weighing 400kg and measuring 137cm across, 'Phu Quy Man Duong,' the world’s largest carved ceramic plate, has carved images of cedar trees, peacocks, mountains, and the sun. Real estate prices in Ho Chi Minh City skyrocketed during the second quarter of this year to hit record highs, with some villas in the city currently on sale for VND700 billion (US$30 million), according to statements given at a conference on Tuesday. At the 'Money Flow and Real Estate Trends in Late 2022' conference hosted by Cafeland , a real estate website, Vo Huynh Tuan Kiet, director of housing project marketing at CBRE Vietnam, shared that houses and villas in urban areas in the east of the city are currently on the market for prices ranging from VND200 million ($8,580) to $400 million ($17,200) per square meter. Regarding housing supply, Kiet said that the number of available apartments in Ho Chi Minh City soared to 12,000, up from about 1,000 in the first quarter of this year.
