10,000 students and parents join MILO Erun Walking Day 2022 in Khanh Hoa Themed Fueling the Will for A Dynamic Journey, this year's MILO Erun Walking Day aimed to spread the love for sports and inspire children to form a habit of doing exercise every day. For the first time, the MILO Erun Walking Day was organised in Khanh Hoa by Nestlé MILO in collaboration with the provincial Department of Culture and Sports, the provincial Department of Education and Training, and other local departments. The MILO Erun Walking Day is one of the activities under the Dynamic Vietnam framework led by Nestlé MILO. Since its inception in 2014, the walking day has been organised across several localities in Vietnam including Bac Giang, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho. SEA Games attendees enjoy native cuisine, Vietnamese staples
At the 31st SEA Games, the men's football teams in Group B - Malaysia, Laos, Thailand, Singapore and Cambodia – stayed at the Nam Cuong hotel in Nam Dinh Province, just two km from the Thien Truong Stadium. The hotel's kitchen had to serve the five teams with special nutritional requirements keeping in mind their religious faiths and preferences. Nguyen Van Chien, the hotel's manager, said that the three main meals for the teams were served as a buffet of 60-70 dishes. For example, the Indonesian team wanted masala fried eggs, which the team leader said suited the nutritional needs of the players. Some of the Indonesian players were Muslims who don’t eat pork, so their meals had to be adjusted accordingly. For the Thai team, the hotel’s chefs served stir-fried noodles with special spices. Before the meal, the Thai team sent a player to the kitchen to provide guidance and instructions. The Singaporean sports delegation gave their best at SEA Games 31, and showed determination and resilience, perseverance and ambition to take to win, he said. Sports administrators of Singapore hailed the “bright future” ahead for Singapore sport after the showing by its athletes at the SEA Games, with over a third of the 161 medals garnered claimed by debutants.
