CPV: On July 13th, in Central Da Nang province, Central Commission on Culture and Ideology opens a five-day training course for workers at district level on culture and ideology in Central Highlands, South-eastern, and Central Vietnam. Present at the opening ceremony were Hong Vinh, member of Central Committee of Vietnamese Communist Party, Permanent Deputy Chief of Central Commission for Culture and Ideology, and Nguyen Viet Thong Deputy Chief of Central Commission on Culture and Ideology, and leaders of Central Da Nang city, representatives from Ministry of Culture and Information, 500 learners from Central Highlands, South-eastern, and Central Vietnam. Thua Thien - Hue provincial People's Committee's permit for building a hotel on Vong Canh hill break the rules on the landscape and cultural heritage site in the area. The Prime Minister has sent an official document asking the Ministry of Culture and Information to work with Thua Thien - Hue provincial People's Committee on this project. On March 8th, Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Do Quy Doan said that the ministry had sent the Prime Minister a report on project to build a hotel on Vong Canh hill.
