In his opening speech, President Trinh Hoang Long said the camp, marking the association’s 10th founding anniversary, aims to connect Vietnamese students across fields of study via practical activities. In the time to come, SiviDuc will work to attract the participation of Vietnamese coming to Germany for vocational training in addition to the current university students and postgraduates, he added. Hanoi’s students to begin new academic year on September 5
The school opening day is set at the appointed time after the Covid-19 pandemic has been controlled. The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has decided that the academic year of 2022-23 will start on September 5 as usual, according to a decision issued by Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Chu Xuan Dung. The decision will be applied to educational facilities from kindergarten to high schools, as well as centers for continuing education. Ceremonies to kick off the school year city-wide are scheduled for September 5, with the first and second semesters planned to be completed before January 16 and May 25, respectively. “The school opening day is set at the appointed time after the Covid-19 pandemic has been controlled. Four more vaccines to be added to Expanded Immunization Program
Four additional vaccines included in the program from 2022 are a vaccine against Rotavirus, a vaccine against pneumococcal disease from 2025, a vaccine against cervical cancer from 2026, and a vaccine against seasonal flu from 2030. In the resolution, the Government agreed with the Ministry of Health’s roadmap to increase the number of vaccines in the Expanded Immunization Program for the 2021-2030 period. According to the Ministry’s proposal, the vaccine against Rotavirus will be included in the program from 2022, a vaccine against pneumococcal disease in 2025, a vaccine against cervical cancer in 2026, and a vaccine against seasonal flu from 2030. The resolution clearly stated the scope and number of beneficiaries as proposed by the Ministry of Health. Vietnam, Qatar mutually waive visas for diplomatic, official passport holders
Vietnam and Qatar yesterday signed an agreement on visa exemption for their diplomatic and official passport holders.
