The PM hailed the efforts by the embassy in implementing the external policies of the Party and State, building and promoting the image of the nation and people of Vietnam to U.S. friends, and contributing to making the Vietnam-U.S. ties more practical and effective, including the thorough preparations for the PM’s trip to the U.S. to attend the ASEAN-U.S. Special Summit and make a visit to the U.S. and the U.N. He asked the embassy to promptly implement agreements reached between the two countries during this visit. In the northern province of Ninh Binh, visitors are able to savour the delights of famous tourist sites like Tam Coc-Bich Dong with beautiful caves, Bai Dinh pagoda, Cuc Phuong National Park. Especially, Trang An Landscape Complex is Vietnam’s only Mixed Cultural and Natural heritage site. The gateway of the north and central region is ThanhHoa province with its Ho Dynasty Citadel, which was recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site in 2011. Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in the central province of NgheAn, and Dong Loc T-junction relic site in Ha Tinh are also wonderful places to visit.
