Krong Pak District in the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak will organise the 2022 Durian Festival in September, said a local official. Ngo Thi Minh Trinh, vice chairman of Krong Pak District, said that preparations for the festival were underway. The locality sees the event as a chance to promote its durian products and other kinds of fruits. A durian garden in Dak Lak The festival would help connect farmers, enterprises, and consumers to boost durian development. Krong Pak is home to 5,841 hectares of different kinds of crops, including 3,700 hectares of durian. Last year, its durian output reached 45,000 tonnes. Some of the world’s leading bands, including The Moffatts and 911, are set to play a concert at Yen So Park-Gamuda Land in Hoang Mai district of Hanoi on August 6. World’s leading band The Moffatts will play a concert at Yen So Park-Gamuda Land in Hanoi. The Moffatts were first established in 1995 and consist of triplet brothers Lee Brennan, Jimmy Constables, and Spike Dawbarn. The Canadian pop/rock band will perform several of their hit songs such as "I Do”, "Miss You Like Crazy", and "If Life Is So Short" during the event. Furthermore, the UK band 911 were formed in London back in 1995 and released their debut single "Night to Remember" in May, 1996.
