HCM City schools face overcrowding in new academic year
The number of students from kindergarten to high school in HCM City will increase by 22,000 in the upcoming 2022-23 academic year, according to the city’s Department of Education and Training. Russian-Vietnamese goalkeeper returns to domestic league on three-year contract
