The province also suggested some projects for the firm to consider investing in, including the Nui Coc Lake national tourism site.
Earlier, the province released a detailed zoning plan on developing a Nui Coc Lake five-star resort, which will cover an area of over 44.6 hectares, to be turned into an eco tourism site as well as a place for relaxation, discovering nature and cultural experiences by exploiting the local tourism resources and connecting to other tourist spots in the province. Through the resort project, Thai Nguyen expects to attract investors to fully tap the potential of the province and to contribute to sustainable socioeconomic development.
According to the approved master zoning plan of the Nui Coc Lake national tourism site, the project will stretch from Thai Nguyen City to Dai Tu District, then Pho Yen Town and the entire Nui Coc Lake landscape, with the core area to develop the national tourism site covering 1,200 hectares.
