The event was attended by Deputy Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, Deputy Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Binh and leaders of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense. At the event, delegates watched videos briefing the military’s implementation of military and defense missions in the first half of this year and introducing new scientific and technological products developed by units in the whole military over the past time. Both videos were jointly made by the Office of the Ministry of National Defense, the Department of Military Science, and the Military Broadcasting Center. Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai signs a regulation on the construction coordination of the Ring Road 3 Project in Ho Chi Minh City with leaders of three provinces of Long An, Binh Duong and Dong Nai at the conference.
