Matthew Powell: It's really positive that the demand has been so strong post-pandemic. For the most part, many companies have survived well and on return to the office, everything has gone smoothly – especially in sectors such as technologies, IT, insurance, and manufacturing. Foreign direct investment has been a big demand driver for office space, so we've been very pleasantly surprised to see that. All the new office space we're working on has been expanding into nicer offices or been from new companies opening for the first time in Vietnam. Forum seeks to translate net zero carbon pledge into action
The Vietnam Circular Economy Forum 2022 took place on June 28 with a focus on how to translate the commitment on net zero emissions into action. Addressing the hybrid event, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha highlighted Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s message to the forum that calls for solidarity and joint actions to reduce carbon emissions towards net zero like the way humankind has responded to the COVID-19 pandemic. Ly Hoang Ly solo exhibition adds to artistic vitality in Hanoi
Artworks of talented Ho Chi Minh City-based artist is on display at Manzi Art Space in Hanoi. “The dreamer: heterotopia, tabula rasa, noble silence” is a solo exhibition by Ly Hoang Ly as part of her ongoing project 0395A.ĐC.
