NovaGroup on Thursday receivedthe ‘Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2022’ award from HR Asia magazine. Earlier its subsidiary, Novaland, won the award for three consecutive years until 2021. The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia award recognises organisations that have been identified by their employees as anemployer of choice and endorses the choices. The award is targeted at companies across Asia and recognises companies with the best HR practices and which demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures. The “Best companies to work for in Asia 2022” Award evaluates and honors businesses with outstanding human resource policies, and an attractive working environment with gorgeous benefits for employees. Notably, HR Asia used the TEAM (Total Engagement Assessment Model) to survey the satisfaction of all employees.
