Border guards of the Central Highland province of Gia Lai said on July 6 that they had started legal proceedings against a man for allegedly trafficking seven Jrai ethnic teenagers from Gia Lai to Cambodia. Border guards from La O commune arrest Tran Quang Quyet for trafficking seven ethnic teenagers into Cambodia.
