First egg festival held in Hanoi
It is an activity to celebrate the Vietnam Family Day (June 28). Accordingly, the food festival was held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and will be underway from June 25 to 28. The theme of the festival is creativity in egg processing from daily meals to luxurious dishes of Vietnamese and international cuisine. For the first time in Vietnam, visitors and Vietnamese chefs will have the chance to watch five celebrity guest chefs showcasing their cooking skills to create innovative egg dishes. The five Vietnamese and international guest chefs will act as judges for the “Creative Chefs” contest. UNDP, Netherlands boost circular economy capacity building for Vietnam businesses

More than 100 businesses from the Northern, Central, and Southern regions of Vietnam have benefited circular economic capacity building program provided by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Vietnam and the Netherlands Embassy in Hanoi. Food festival attracts visitors’ attention

Hundreds of famous artisans and chefs from 19 provinces and cities across the country are taking part in the event, which is being organised by Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association (VCCA) in collaboration with the provincial Department of Tourism and Hue Festival Centre .
