The event was part of the activities to mark the 47th founding anniversary of the municipal border guard command (May 7, 1975 -2022) and welcome Youth Union congresses at all levels, towards the 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2022-2027 tenure.
