Nguyen Quang Hieu, general director of PetroVietnam Marine Shipyard JSC (PV Shipyard), told Nhan Dan (The People) newspaper that there were enormous opportunities for mechanical engineering firms to tap into the lucrative local market with a scale of up to billions of dollars.
