Defense ministry to hold scientific seminar reviewing Tay Bac Victory
At the conference, the Steering Board agreed to choose the theme of the seminar as “The Northwestern Victory in 1952 - Historical stature and lessons learned.” The seminar is scheduled to take place in mid-October in Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province.
