Covid-19 caseload rises to over 10.75 million in Vietnam
The Vietnamese Ministry of Health on Tuesday reported an additional 989 Covid-19 infections, raising the country's total tally to over 10.75 million. a Illustrative photo According to the ministry's report, most of the new patients are locally-transmitted cases confirmed in 43 out of 63 localities in the country. As of Tuesday evening, the number of Covid-19 patients in Vietnam has increased to over 10.75 million. On July 5, an additional 9,759 more patients recovered from the disease, raising the number of recoveries in the country to over 9.72 million. On Tuesday evening, one death related to Covid-19 was recorded, raising the total fatalities to 43,089, accounting for 0.4 per cent of total infections. PM stresses significance of preventing COVID-19 re-emerge

Health officials call on people to get COVID-19 booster doses
The event was held by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) and the Health Ministry to launch the rollout of the third and fourth vaccine doses for state employees and workers nationwide.
