Deputy Chairman Phan Tan Canh met the two firms recently, talking about the two projects of Ninh Thuan 1 and Ninh Thuan 2 in the waters of Thuan Nam District. The Investor Consortium from T&T and Orsted calculated the Ninh Thuan 1 offshore wind farm with a capacity of 3,000 MW will be built in three phases of investment from 2029 to 2033, with 150 turbines and a 20 MW tower, with a total investment of VND223.4 trillion (US$9.7 million). The final night will include Ao dai (traditional long dress), swimsuit, evening gown, and question-and-answer rounds. This year, the winner will receive a reward of 300 million VND (12,825 USD) in cash and a crown called Ocean Lotus.
