Even when missing captain and defender Bui Tien Dung, Viettel’s squad power is still considered stronger than the opponent. The capital club showed domination right in the first minutes with consecutive shots from striker Geovane Magno. However, it was Young Elephants who scored first with a tap-in from Bounphachan Bounkong in the 6th minute. Conceding early affected the mentality of Viettel players as in the next 30 minutes, they created many chances but couldn’t convert them. Pedro Paolo missed two one-on-one chances against the opponent’s keeper while midfielder Nguyen Duc Hoang Minh got two comfortable tap-ins but he didn’t hit the target. However, it didn’t take long before Viettel equalized. Magno took a shot which forced the keeper to punch it out, but Paolo was quick to get a bicycle kick and scored. The equalizer took off the pressure from Viettel players and they got another goal from Paolo. This forward also assisted the third goal, which was scored by Hoang Minh. Phu Quoc forests in state of emergency
Rapid economic development often results in serious impacts on forests, evidenced by the alarming deforestation in Phu Quoc City in the Mekong Delta province of Kien Giang having plunged the city’s forests into a state of emergency. Forests are regarded as the living soul of residents on the 'pearl island.' However, the woods full of stone stakes and steel wires are disappointing tourists. The situation is becoming truly alarming. Forests seem empty after one unguarded night Deforestation and land encroachment in Phu Quoc City in mid-June 2022 were no longer overt and rampant, but it did not mean that forests stopped 'bleeding.' Da Nang lacks nightlife entertainment
In mid-June, Van Anh and her family of four took a summer holiday in Da Nang, famous as the country’s most livable city, but they felt that the trip was made boring because they had nothing to do in the evening. "Besides swimming, eating out and visiting Ba Na Hills, I realized that Da Nang has very few services for tourists, especially in the evening. After eating, we come back to the hotel and there are no more night-time activities," she said. Thu Huong, another tourist from Hanoi, also spent a night in Da Nang last month and watched a fire breathing act on the iconic Dragon Bridge at night. She said she didn’t know what else she could do. "From 9:30 p.m. streets in Da Nang started emptying and looking deserted. There were a few night markets and backpacker streets with poor services," Huong recalled. Industry insiders acknowledge that it has been the case for years that the city has not been meeting the demand of high-spending tourists for night-time activities.
