The conference, slated to be held from June 15 to June 18, will create favourable conditions for domestic and foreign businesses to learn about the province's mechanisms and policies, its investment incentives besides its prioritised projects, director of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment Trần Ngọc Hùng told a press conference in HCM City on Wednesday. The council also discussed the allocation and adjustment of the project's fund, which would be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration, said the chairman of Hà Nội People's Council Nguyễn Ngọc Tuấn. Dương Đức Tuấn, vice chairman of Hà Nội's People's Committee, said that the Ring Road No. 4 was a key national project, combining the public investment model and the public-private partnership (PPP) with a Build - Operate - Transfer (BOT) contract. The Vietnam National University's Hoa Lac campus is ready with all facilities and equipment for educational and research activities. The Vietnam National University (VNU)’s headquarter has been relocated to its newly built campus in Hoa Lac on Hanoi's outskirt this week. The campus is expected to be the most modern and advanced university town in Southeast Asia. Planned to cover about 1,113.7 hectares, the campus includes the Polytechnic School, a research center, and offices of the management board. Built with a total investment of VND22 trillion (nearly US$950 million), the college town consisting of nine member universities, eight institutes, 13 research centers, and four specialized high schools will provide training for more than 41,000 students.
