Under the decree, the deadline for payable excise taxes for June-September for domestically manufactured or assembled cars is now November 20. Nguyen Vinh Nam, an automotive expert, said the extension of the excise tax did not affect car prices but would solve the financial burden for domestic car assemblers. Last month, it exported nearly 8,000 Kia Bongo seat covers to Cellmech International Vina in the Republic of Korea. This year, Autocom expects to supply many other auto accessories products to the RoK-based company, including gearshift covers and seat covers of Kia Rio, Hyundai i30 and Hyundai AX models. Korea Life brings “full moon” to disadvantaged chidren
PANO - On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, 100 volunteers from Korea Life Insurance Company Limited in Vietnam, or better known as Korea Life, will take part in charity programs called “Korea Life’s Day of Love” at Hospital of Pediatrics No. 2 on September 30 th , and at the National Hospital of Pediatrics on October 2 nd , 2009 to bring joy to the juvenile patients at these hospitals. As part of this program, Korea Life’s volunteers will pay visits to the treatment wards and provide 1,200 gift bags, including moon cakes, lanterns and balloons for the patients. They will also offer 1,600 special meals food containers to poor patients.
