The four men are: Duong Van Bach, the 21-year-old director of F8 Upload Limited Company, and three employees - Nguyen Ngoc Khanh and Nguyen Anh Tu, both 23, and Nguyen Anh Hung, 21. According to police, in June this year, Bach paid US$2 to have the account number and other information of a credit card holder at a website where stolen credit card information is sold.
