BACK TO BUSINESS: The renowned restaurant has reopened, and is looking even stronger than before. The restaurant has been such a fixture in the dining scene in this part of town, near the Train Station, close to the South-Gate area, where many delicious smaller eateries dominate. Quán Ăn Ngon has been a safe food hub for a large group of diners. Themed “50 years of victory of Xieng Khouang - Plain of Jars Defensive Campaign – Victory and Lessons,” the event was attended by Deputy Defense Minister Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Thai Thanh Quy, Deputy Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, and Lao Ambassador to Vietnam Sengphet Houngboungnuang, among others.
