A diverse range of cultural activities at both national and international levels will be held during the Hue Festival 2022 which is set to be launched on June 25. Themed "Cultural heritage with integration and development" the festival is scheduled to open at 20:00. at Ngo Mon (Noon) Square on June 25, while a street carnival dubbed "Cultural Colors" will be held at 16:30 from June 26 to June 29. A myriad of art performances by both domestic and international art troupes will be also held from 19:30 to 21:30 from June 26 to June 29 at the Imperial Academy (Quoc Tu Giam), while a beer festival is expected to open at 15:00 on June 27. A music show dedicated to late music composer Trinh Cong Son will get underway at 20:00 on June 28 at Ngo Mon Square. The delegation visits Vietnam's sovereignty stele on the Truong Sa archipelago. The trip also saw the presence of Vice Chairwoman of the People’s Committee of HCMC Phan Thi Thang and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of HCMC, To Thi Bich Chau.
