The Hong Kong Council of Early Childhood Education and Services (CECES) is RB Hong Kong's partner for the first phase of the Programme. CECES has been proactive in disseminating health information among schools and wider communities. As of June 24, diphtheria has claimed the life of one resident in Glong district, while an additional 12 people have tested positive for diphtheria bacteria in both Krong No and Dak Glong districts. The Dak Nong Provincial Center for Disease Control has moved to quarantine more than 1,200 people who came into close contact with positive cases.
