The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) has kicked of a program called “Bug Bounty” to find security holes in all national digital conversion platforms. This is an expanded program from the campaign “Detecting security holes on technology platforms for epidemic prevention and control”, which was launched on October 4. With the vision of turning Vietnam into a digital country, and a country of stable development and prosperity by 2030, the National Digital Transformation Program approved by the government in June 2020 emphasizes that cybersecurity is the key and an integral component to successful and sustainable digital transformation. On October 20, the number of passengers sharply increased in the Eastern Bus Station in Binh Thanh District while travel operators including Kumho, Chin Nghia, Toan Thang and Phuong Trang started selling bus tickets. Coaches transporting travelers among eight provinces and cities have been allowed to resume operation, including 40 trips started in HCMC and 34 coming from other localities to the Eastern Bus Station, according to the terminal. The company achieved pre-tax profits of VND4.58 trillion ($201.76 million), up 20 percent year-on-year, as revenues soared by 17.9 percent to VND25 trillion. Its technology division, its main growth driver, accounted for nearly VND2.1 trillion of the profit and VND14.29 trillion of revenues as they grew by 30.4 percent and 22.1 percent.
