Today is the first day that the number of infections is one-fifth of the recovered. Ho Chi Minh City saw 377 cases, compared to 4,134 detected yesterday. So far, the country has 191,000 active cases, including nearly 19,000 deaths. Binh Duong has taken the lead with more than 206,000, or 8,410 cases per 100,000 residents, followed by Ho Chi Minh City with 4,162/100,000 residents, and Long An 1,896/100,000.
