The fact that leaders and officers of the HCM City Education and Training Department receive remuneration for compiling textbooks has caused a stir among the public. HCM CITY — HCM City seeks to attract foreign investment in smart urban projects and urban infrastructure, and looks forward to support from US businesses, a top city leader said. Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc said police across the country stored nearly 137,000 unclaimed vehicles, including 722 cars, between 2013 and September 2019.
