The issue was discovered and patched in March as part of a review of how Google shares data with other applications, Google said in a blog post. No developer exploited the vulnerability or misused data, the review found. Shares of its parent company Alphabet closed down 1% at US$1155.92 following the latest in a run of privacy issues to hit big U.S. tech companies. Vietnam firms join Tamil Nadu food expo in India Seven Vietnamese enterprises are showcasing their products at Vibrant Tamil Nadu - Global Expo & Summit 2018 in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, which runs from August 12-15. The food and beverage expo also features nearly 200 Indian firms and representatives from 29 other nations. Several workshops on food, processed food and beverages and measures to boost the sector’s development have been held at the event, along with meetings between participating firms and state authorities. Vietnam’s Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL) and Hanoi T&T teams have been ranked 2nd and 4th respectively in the list of most watched Asian football clubs on YouTube in May 2018. HAGL attracted 1.5 million views and Hanoi T&T 1.03 million last month, according to a report by social media site Deportes and Finanzas. These figures showcase the higher profile of Vietnamese football in general, with the national teams performing creditably in regional tournaments. Vietnam has now entered the league of the clubs from Thailand, Japan or Indonesia that used to get more attention. Facebook Inc Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg swapped his trademark T-shirt and jeans for a dark suit and a purple tie on Monday as he met U.S. lawmakers to apologize for the social network’s misuse of its members’ data and to head off possible regulation.
