Tortorelli, a French expat working in Ho Chi Minh City, flew to Phu Quoc, Vietnam’s largest island, in January 2020 for the third time to enjoy a six-day vacation. During the week, he had rented a motorbike to get around and captured the colors of Phu Quoc. |
