In more adorable snaps shared on Father’s Day, Wie gushed that her daughter is already a ‘daddy’s girl’ as she posted a photo of West cradling his newborn child.

Wie and West, the son of NBA great Jerry West, were married in August. They announced her pregnancy in January.

Wie shot the lowest score ever by a woman competing on the PGA Tour with a 68 at Sony Open when she was 14. She won five times on the LPGA Tour, the biggest at Pinehurst No. 2 in the 2014 U.S. Women’s Open.

The five-time LPGA Tour champion first announced that she was pregnant with her first child back in January, revealing at the time that she was expecting her baby girl in the summer.

Over the past few months, Wie has shared several bump photos, documenting the growth of her unborn baby while in lockdown with her husband Jonnie West, the son of NBA great Jerry West.

The new mom has also been open about dealing with her heightened emotions during pregnancy, revealing at the end of April that she was struggling to keep her hormones in check.

‘Moms and dads, talk to me!! What is the funniest thing that has ever happened to you or that you have witnessed your partner do while you or they were pregnant?’ she asked her followers.

‘Hormones are RAGING right now and any labor scene in movies have been making me cry hysterically. Like, I was legit BAWLING watching the delivery scene during Knocked Up and my husband @jonniewest4 looked at me like I had 3 heads.’

But for the most part, the pro golfer has enjoyed her pregnancy, much of which has been spent in lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Wie and her husband have been enjoying socially-distanced walks at the beach, and the pregnant mom has also been staying fit and healthy with online workouts during lockdown.

The sports start first revealed that she was expecting a baby girl mid-way through January, when she shared a series of sweet photos taken with Jonnie in which they could be seen holding up several baby girl clothing items.

‘Babygirl, we love you so much already and we just can’t wait to meet you this summer!’ she wrote alongside the sweet snaps, which included a photo of herself and West holding up a pair of tiny sneakers.
