Troops of Brigade 270 in the exercise

Under the theme “Brigades in combat crossing the river,” the three-day exercise included practicing shifting combat readiness postures, preparing for river-crossing and crossing the river.

The event was held in order to evaluate commanding officers’ abilities to lead their units to cross the river during operations and troops’ skills. It was also a chance to evaluate the quality of units’ river-crossing training and promote coordination among participating units, contributing to improving officers’ and soldiers’ competence and gaining field experience to better conduct other future drills.

Thanks to units’ good preparations and troops’ high sense of responsibility, the exercise ended with success, meeting all requirements while ensuring safety for all participants and equipment.
