With the theme “Enjoying Asia”, the cuisine festival took place from January 12 to 13 at Quan Ngua Stadium, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi. Most of the dishes at the festival were quite familiar to gourmets. The cheese cake was cleverly prepared from the hands of the chefs. Colorful dumplings attract visitors. Besides dishes from other Asian countries, many typical Vietnamese dishes were also introduced at the festival. A booth selling famous Ba Hong fresh pig’s ear spring rolls in Hanoi. The pig tripe was presented beautifully. The event was also an opportunity for catering business enterprises in Hanoi to introduce and promote excellent street food to the community.
