A fantastic variety of cinematic masterpieces will be aired at the Bristol Film Festival this weekend.
The festival’s theme this year is tension, with Tim Burton’s Corpse Bride, Coraline, Jurassic Park and The Addams Family all airing.
The event will launch this weekend with films premiering around the city, including at the Redcliffe Caves with an underground cinema.
The director of Bristol Film Festival, Owen Franklin, said: “We are delighted to announce a busy and diverse calendar for the year ahead. The expanding range of films, formats and venues is very exciting for us.
“We have got some great screenings, from the blockbuster classics to the upcoming local talent, and I hope our audience will share in our enthusiasm for the year ahead.”
The Everyman will be the hub for this weekend’s main programme.
