The 74th annual Golden Globe Awards has been organized at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Beverly Hills and “La La Land” was the big winner at the party.
The ceremony was produced by Dick Clark Productions in association with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and was televised in the United States by NBC.
“La La Land” was the big winner at the boozy party for the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards, claiming seven honors and breaking the record for most wins for a single film at the event.
The film is about an actor and jazz musician who fall in love while seeking success in Hollywood. Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling star in the film and each won a Golden Globe for their work.
“La La Land” also won awards for directing, writing and music.
The other big movie award went to low-budget “Moonlight,” about a young boy growing up in an impoverished neighborhood of Miami, which was named best drama./.
