VN, China agree to restore, develop ties
Politburo member Le Hong Anh, the Special Envoy of the Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on August 27 in Beijing met with General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party, State President Xi Jingping, in Beijing on August 27.
